Adding Media (FC Grants)

The Documents tile within Foundation Cloud Grants aggregates all correspondence and file attachments related to the record. The Media portion of the documents tile allows users to attach files including MS Word, Adobe PDF, MS Excel, graphic (bmp, jpeg, tiff, etc.), videos, sounds, etc. to a record. Files are not to exceed 25MB (25,000 KB) in size. Records that allow media are Scholarship, Proposal, and Grant.

Adding Media:

1. Open the record.
2. Documents tile > +Add Media.
3. If the file is stored locally, the user can attach one of two ways:
   1.  Select Click to Browse to find the attachment to upload from the computer's file manager screen, or
   2. drag and drop the file from computer's file manager screen to the Drop a file here section. 
4. Click Save.
