When clicking the Calculate button on a batch that has previously been calculated, the batch status is not updated to CALCULATING.
Answer:
This is functioning as intended. The batch status will not immediately change to calculating when clicking the calculate button. The status changes when the calculation queue has picked up the batch for calculation.
To see if a batch has been picked up by the queue, go to the calculation queue in the Admin menu.
Steps to Duplicate:
- Log into FIT
- Go to Income Allocation/Admin Fees/Spending Policy/Rebalancing
- Open a “CALCULATED” batch
- Go to Process Tab
- Click calculate button
- This also occurs if you click the ellipsis button next to a batch and select Recalculate.
