Citrix Will Not Open File

To open GE Classic, Citrix must be installed on the workstation. If Citrix is already installed follow the steps below.

1. Make sure that Citrix Workspace is installed
2. In the bottom left of the computer type in Default Apps
3. You will see the Default Apps System Setting option choose that to open
4. On the bottom choose 'Chose default apps by file type' 

3. In the window that opens look for the .ica file type. It should show .ica files associated with Citrix Connection Manager:

4. If .ica files do not show associated with Citrix Connection Manager as above, do the following: 

Click Choose a Default > Find Citrix and set it here.

Launch GE Classic again and you should be able to login.
