Configuring Scholarship Information

Business rules related to scholarship fund matching and scholarship processing are configured in the Settings > System > Business Rules > Scholarships tab.

Academic Year

The Academic Year Start Date field is used to record the date and month that begins the academic year. The date is entered in MM/DD format. 

The Current Academic Year field is used to record the four-digit academic year value. 

Scholarship Budgeting

Use the Scholarship Budgeting section to configure categories used to track a student's financial profile (Scholarship Contribution Items) and an institution's cost of attendance (Institution Budget Items). 

Scholarship Contribution Items

The list contains existing categories for scholarship contributions. Use the ellipsis to edit or delete an item.

Institution Budget Items

The list contains existing categories for the institution's budget. Use the ellipsis to edit or delete an item.
