Connecting NPact Products in the Blackbaud Marketplace

When getting started with any of NPact’s products -- Foundation Cloud Grants (FCG), Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FCCP), or Fund Investment Tool (FIT) -- Blackbaud users will need to connect to the product in the Blackbaud Marketplace.
Below are instructions for connecting your Raiser’s Edge (RE) CRM and Financial Edge (FE) financial system to NPact products:
Log into your Blackbaud NXT product using your username and password.
Navigate to the stacked menu in the top left of the screen and select.
Select Marketplace.

Navigate to the search bar and type the name of your NPact Product.
Select the appropriate product.
On the product’s Overview page, select Connect.

Once completed, repeat the process for all NPact products in both RE and FE to ensure your solution can be fully connected.
