Create a Recipient in GE from a Web Applicant

Article summary

  1. Go into Web Apps and select Manage Online Scholarship Applications.
  2. Search for the ApplicationID in the first column.
  3. Find the application and double-click the black triangle and open the scholarship application. 
  4. Select the binoculars and look for the Student/Applicant name.

  5. Upon finding the applicant, double-click on the record and it will automatically populate into the application. If the record can't be found, select Add new to create a new record to add to the application.
  6. Select Individual to create a new record.
  7. Fill-in the blue highlighted mandatory fields on the Bio 1 and Addresses/Salutations tab.

  8. Click Save and Close after creating the new record.
