Create a Recipient in GE from a Web Applicant

- Go into Web Apps and select Manage Online Scholarship Applications.
- Search for the ApplicationID in the first column.
- Find the application and double-click the black triangle and open the scholarship application.
- Select the binoculars and look for the Student/Applicant name.
- Upon finding the applicant, double-click on the record and it will automatically populate into the application. If the record can't be found, select Add new to create a new record to add to the application.
- Select Individual to create a new record.
- Fill-in the blue highlighted mandatory fields on the Bio 1 and Addresses/Salutations tab.
- Click Save and Close after creating the new record.
