Batch Details briefly shows the previous date for Post Date value on save

When editing batch details, users are able to set a Post Date for the batch. When clicking Save, the Post Date value briefly changes to the previous date, and then reverts back to the entered date. The user entered date value is what is saved on the batch.

This issue is resolved in FIT Release 1.9

Steps to Duplicate:

1.  Go to Income Allocation\Admin Fees\Spending Policy\Rebalancing

2. Edit an existing batch or create a new batch

3. Click Save

4. See the postdate value quickly flash to the previous year before setting back to the entered value
