Editing pool name and journal code opens a new window

When clicking the pencil icon next to pool name or journal code, another window appears rather than allowing edits in the original window to those fields.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Go to Control Panel > Config > Pools

2. Click the ellipsis button next to the pool in question and click Edit Pool

3. Click the pencil icon next to pool name or journal code

4. Note that a new window appears to make the edits rather than being able to edit in the original window.
