Edits to default accounts do not save

When selecting a new default account value, the settings do not update correctly. For example, the current default account number is 01-1010-00, if you try to update to 01-1000-00, the change does not update the default account value.

Affected areas:

Control Panel → Config → Fee Schedule → Settings → Edit default accounts

Control Panel → Config → Spending Policy → Settings → Edit default accounts

Control Panel → Config → Rebalancing → Settings → Edit accounts
