For non-system administrator roles, if the Sync Function permission is checked AND the Admin Menu permission is checked, the sync tab does not appear.
Answer:
This issue is resolved in the FIT Release 1.9.
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Confirm that the “Power User” role (or other role besides System Administrator) has the “Admin Menu” and “Sync Functions” permission checked,
2. Log into FIT with an account which has the “Power User” role,
3. Navigate to Control Panel > Admin and note that the Sync tab does not show.
