Erro: Finance API call failed when calculating batches

When calculating batches in the Fund Investment Tool, the following error occurs:

Erro:Finance API call fialed for URI:https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/generalleger/v1/journalentrybatches

Answer:

This issue can occur if there is an issue connecting to Financial Edge.

To resolve this issue, go to the top right of the Fund Investment Tool screen and disconnect the connection to Financial Edge. Once disconnected, then re-connect. After that, run the batch calcuation again and now there should be no errors.
