The case comments displayed on the Support Portal are truncated by default. To see an entire comment, please follow the steps below.
Expanding a comment
- Login to the Support Portal.
- Click My Cases.
- Use the dropdown in the Comment header to select Wrap Text. This will expand the comment line to include the entire message.
- If necessary, repeat these steps in the "View All" screen.
