Expanding a comment in the Support Portal

The case comments displayed on the Support Portal are truncated by default. To see an entire comment, please follow the steps below.

Expanding a comment

  1.  Login to the Support Portal.
  2.  Click My Cases.
  3.  Use the dropdown in the Comment header to select Wrap Text. This will expand the comment line to include the entire message.
  4. If necessary, repeat these steps in the "View All" screen.
