5. We have gifts missing from the portal, where are they?

  • It is possible the gifting constituent has duplicate address types in RE (Home, Home). Change the one type and sync RE Constituents. The missing gifts should appear on the portal. Otherwise, the missing gifts must be adjusted in the database.

11. Why can't I use Internet Explorer?

  • Microsoft is ending their support for Internet Explorer (IE) on June 15, 2022. See here for details. This means that they will no longer be updating IE with security updates, leaving IE users vulnerable.
  • As of June 15, 2022, NPact will no longer support Internet Explorer in our web products (GE NXT, Spectrum, and Endowment Manager). The primary reason for this is security – we cannot guarantee the security of client data after that date. Note that some of our web products already don’t support IE, and that Blackbaud will stop supporting the way our products sign into SKYAPI for IE (read more here).
