What is Fiserv?

Fiserv is a new payment processing option that has been integrated with NPact's Foundation Cloud Community Portal to support ACH and credit card donations. Fiserv is a trusted name in electronic payments, making processing simple and secure, and offers more competitive processing rates that other providers. How do I get donations through Fiserv enabled in the Foundation Cloud Community Portal?

The first step is to work with NPact to set up a Fiserv CardPointe account.  

Once I have a Fiserv account, how do I enable Fiserv in the Foundation Cloud Community Portal?

Once Fiserv lets us know your account is ready, the NPact team will work with you to get your Foundation Cloud Community Portal configured to accept donations through Fiserv.

Q: How do I get the gift records of a recurring donation to show in my CRM system?

A: In Foundation Cloud Grants, go to Settings > View Activity > Transaction logs > Active Recurring Gifts > find and open the recurring gift you are looking for > click Sync Recurring Gifts. All Gifts records will be synced into your CRM system.

Q: How do I cancel a recurring Gift?

A: A recurring gift must be canceled through the Cardpointe application. For Cardpointe documentation, go to https://support.cardpointe.com/ 

Q: How do I void a donation?

A: Voiding a donation is done through the Cardpointe application. For Cardpointe documentation, go to https://support.cardpointe.com/ 

Q: How do I track a recurring gift record?
