Global Delete

The Global Delete ­Grants option allows the user to delete grant records from Foundation Cloud Grants. Other record types that can be deleted from here are grant requests, proposals, scholarships, and submitted web applications .

*Note: To be deleted, a grant must not have any Paid payments and the grant must have a status of INVALID.

1. Open the grant and manually update the status to INVALID.
2. Settings > Data Tools > Global Delete > Record type = Grant - a screen similar to the one shown below will appear.
3. All grants with a status of INVALID will appear here. Place a check mark in the first column on the grant(s) to be deleted. 
4. Click the Delete Selected button. 
5. The system will display a message confirming the grant(s) to be deleted.
   1. If the user confirms, a message will be displayed to specify that the grants were deleted.
