I opened a support case, and I would like another person at my foundation to receive updates on the case, how can I do that?
Answer:
To add another person to receive updates on a support case, do the following:
1. Create the support case using the steps in this article:
How do I create a case in the Support Portal?
2. After you create the case, click "Share" to add the person's email or name in the field. This user must be an approved contact in your organization.
- If the new participant is a support portal user, then that person can log into the portal and see all of the cases for your foundation as well as make comments and see the case details.
- To add additional users to the organization please email access@npact.com.
