How do I remove a fund from a pool in the Fund Investment Tool?

Answer:

In order to remove a fund from a pool in the Fund Investment Tool, the fund\project has to be marked as closed in the financial system. 

Fund Investment Tool integrated with Foundation Cloud Grants and Financial Edge:

1. In Financial Edge, go to General Ledger\Projects and search for the project\fund in question.

2. Click Edit on the top left of the project\fund

3. In the status drop-down, change the status to Closed and optionally add an end date

4. Click Save

5. Go to Foundation Cloud Grants and run the data sync

6. Go to the Fund Investment Tool and run the sync.

7. Go back to fund record in the Fund Investment Tool and note that pools have been removed from the fund in question.
