Link Web Application to Parent Proposal

When an online application is filled out in Spectrum NXT it flows into Grant Edge Classic (GE Classic) for processing. If the application is processed to a proposal and then a grant, a link forms automatically within the records to easily jump between application, proposal, and grant. 

To Manually Link a Grant to a Proposal:

1. Records > Grants > All Grants
2. Open the grant.
3. Click the padlock on the top of the grant to unlock the record for editing.
4. Click the drop-down next to the green arrow.
5. Click Link to Parent > Link to Proposal.

To Link an Application as a File:

1. Open the proposal > Media tab > New > Browse for file > Save.
