    In an effort to provide the most powerful donor advised fund, grant, and scholarship management software, we have partnered with UserVoice to gather community input. UserVoice is an online platform where our community users can submit and weigh-in on feature suggestions to improve our software. Learn how to use this platform and submit a suggestion below.

    How it works:

    • Have an idea for a new feature in the software? Submit your suggestions for our team to review.
    • Let us know which previously suggested features would make the most impact for you. Browse and vote on suggestions posted by other community members.
    • View the status of all requests to see where they are in the process.

    How NPact will use this forum

    Team NPact will be reviewing these suggestions on a continual basis to help inform our product roadmap. The Product Team will provide a status for each suggestion. See definitions for all possible suggestion statuses below:

    BacklogSuggestion not yet reviewed
    In ReviewSuggestion is actively being looked into
    In DevelopmentSuggestion has been accepted and a developer is working on it in an upcoming sprint
    DeclinedSuggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap
    Done - Code CompleteSuggestion is code complete but not yet released
    Done - ReleasedSuggestion has been released via product update


    How to submit feedback and feature requests:

    1. Navigate to the Feedback Portal. 
    2. Sign in or for new users, create an account.
    3. Select one of the seven topics listed.
    4. Start typing your suggestion into the search bar. If another request or suggestion matches yours it will populate, otherwise fill out your Category and Description and select “Post Idea”.
      1. If you forgot to login, you’ll be prompted to do so once you select "Post Idea".
    5. Browse and vote on the suggestions you would like to see on our roadmap.
