    Online Grant Request Hold Status

    Hold Status

    In some circumstances, a grant request submitted by a donor needs to be placed on hold from processing. A Grant Request may be placed on hold while validating a new recipient or may need to be reviewed by another team member. Whatever the reason, Foundation Cloud Grants (FCG) allows users to create custom Hold Statuses that meet their needs.

    To Define Hold Statuses

    1. In FCG, navigate to Settings > System > Business Rules > Grants.
    2. See a list of Grant Request Hold Statuses.
      1. toggle the Active check box on and off to enable and disable items.
    3. Use the plus sign to add new statuses.

    Note:
    A custom stored procedure can be created to automatically set an Online Grant Request with a status of On Hold. Our Project Services team can provide a scope of work for this request upon submission of a support case.
