HOW TO FIND RE KEYS AND FE KEYS ON INDIVIDUAL RECORDS
RE KEY and FE KEY in Foundation Cloud Grants (FC Grants):
To find the RE Key and FE Key from within FC Grants:
- Go the Grants Menu > Constituents
- Search for the constituent
- In the constituent table the RE Key and FE Key will be listed
If RE Key and FE Key columns are missing:
- Click the columns icon.
- Search for RE Key and FE Key
- Click the checkbox next to each column name.
- Click Apply Changes
RE KEYS:
To find the RE Key (System Record ID) in RE Classic:
- Open a Constituent Records from Records in the database view
- Choose File > Properties from the menu bar
- Locate the System Record ID
This field can also be queried on from a Constituent Query under the Constituent category:
To find the RE Key (System Record ID) in RENXT:
- Search for the constituent record in RENXT
- Scroll to the constituent summary tile
- Expand the tile
- Click view constituent properties
To find the RE Key (System Record ID) from FC Grants
- Go the Grants Menu > Constituents
- Search for the constituent
- Click open
- Click the orange RE icon
- Scroll to the constituent summary tile
- Expand the tile
- Click view constituent properties
FE KEYS:
To find the FE Key (System Record ID) in FE Classic:
- Open a Vendor from Accounts Payable in the database view
- Choose File > Properties from the menu bar
- Locate the System Record ID
This field can also be queried on from a Vendor Query under the Vendor Properties category:
To find FE Key (System Record ID) in FENXT:
- Go to Payables > Vendors
- Search for the Vendor record
- Click the blue hyperlinked name
- Look at the URL in your browser after “vendor/” the system record ID will be listed
To find the FE Key (System Record ID) from FC Grants
- Go the Grants Menu > Constituents
- Search for the constituent
- Click open
- Click the green FE icon
- Look at the URL in your browser, after “vendor/” the system record ID will be listed
