Answer:

This message occurs due to funds being added to the pool. In order to delete the pool, go to Pools, open the pool in question and delete all of the fund records from the pool and then click save. Once all of the funds are removed from a pool, then the pool can be deleted.

We are working on a solution where pools that have no posted batches can be deleted. This article will be updated.
