On occasion, a web user will get locked out of their account, typically because an invalid password was entered three times. The lock out time defaults to 20 minutes, after that, the user should be able to login again. If the portal user needs immediate assistance, the account can be unlocked internally, or a temporary password can be generated and supplied to the portal user.
