FC Community Portal:

  1. Scholarship Applicant – Allows students to apply for and track scholarships
  2. Grant Applicant – Apply for grants on behalf of an organization
  3. Individual Applicant – Apply for grants on behalf of an individual
  4. Donor – Allows fund donors to access and manage funds/grants, make grant recommendations and gifts
  5. Financial Advisor – View-only access to the donor portal
  6. Reviewer – Allows committee members to review and score grant/scholarship applications
  7. Site Admin – A role reserved for internal Foundation staff to change settings for the web portal
  8. User Admin – Change settings for the web portal
  9. Organization Admin – A role reserved for the person who will administer all Grant Applicants for a specific organization
  10. Application Admin – Configure, test and manage grant and scholarship applications
  11. Board Member – Allows member of the Foundation Board of Directors to view board meeting agenda, minutes and supporting documentation
  12. Fund Viewer – Access information about your fund
  13. Funds Admin - Enables a Donor to see all funds

FC Grants:

  1. Systems admin – full access to GE, admin functions, config, setup
  2. Grant Admin – similar permissions as System Admin, without user and security related control
  3. Finance user– only finance related tasks (eg: check runs)
  4. Grant user– only grants related tasks, data entry, no check runs
  5. View-only user – lowest level
  6. Custom user – set up with specific permissions. Full customization capability through Control Panel-> Admin. Many people within a given org are set up as custom users.
