Adjusting Historic Scholarship Applications

FIMS allows you to make changes to Scholarship applications even after they are posted to history. For example, you can cancel or refund the Scholarship, or correct data in the application.

There are two ways to access these utilities:

• Click the Application History supertab, and then click the Adjustments tab.
• Click the Processes button on the toolbar. When the Processes window opens, select Scholarship Adjustments from the FIMS Module list.

NOTE: Most Scholarships are adjusted using the same utilities that are used to adjust standard Grants. Refer to Adjusting Historic Grant Applications in the Grantee and Grant Management module for more information.
