An Advisor has a list of several unsubmitted recommendations on DonorCentral that are split between pages on the Home page, how can they submit more than 5 unsubmitted recommendations? Can they submit all unsubmitted recommendations together?
Answer:
At this time, advisors will only be able to submit 5 recommendations at a time on the Home page. Each page shows a maximum of 5 recommendations, you would need to toggle over to each page to submit the next group of recommendations on the Home page.
In this screenshot you can see 5 unsubmitted recommendations on the 1st page, but there are more on the 2nd page as indicated by the #2 appearing on the bottom which means that there is another page.
If you click the Select all checkbox, you will only be selecting the recommendations on page 1, you will then need to go to each page to select the recommendations on those pages. The grantee and fund names have been erased from this screenshot:
