This report displays each Affiliation code under the group code it is related to. Affiliation codes that are not part of a group are listed in the top section of the report, followed by each group and its member codes.
You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Profiles > Affiliation Codes by Group.

Affiliation Codes by Group Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Aff Code | The actual Affiliation code. |
Description | The text description of the Affiliation code. |
Temporary | Indicates whether the code is for temporary use (yes or no). |
Maintained By | The User Name of the FIMS user who maintains the affiliation code. |
