All FIMS User Accounts Show Expired in the System Users Report

I ran the System Users report and I see that the passwords for all of the FIMS user accounts are expired, why is that?
Answer:
This occurs after FIMS Complex Passwords are enabled. The users will be prompted to change their password when they log in. See the following:
