    Alternate Address Listing Report

    This report lists alternate address information. It is similar to the Address Listing with Labels and Email except that it applies only to alternate addresses, and you cannot create labels or e-mail messages directly from this report.

    NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Profiles > Profile Other > Alternate Address Listing.

    Field

    Description

    ID Code

    ID code used to identify the Profile.

    Alt Address Record

    The name, mailing address, and salutation information associated with the alternate address.

    Phone Numbers

    The work, home phone, and fax numbers associated with the alternate address.
