When the amount of a Grant Recommendation has a comma, it will show up in the Recommendation Reviewer as "None Found"

This fix for this issue has been released to DonorCentral.
Steps To Duplicate
1) Go to DonorCentral> View As Advisor> Select Advisor
2) Recommendation Tab> New
3) Enter information> enter amount of 1,500> review
4) Review menu shows None Found for the amount
5) Go back and change amount to 1500> review
6) Amount shows correct in review
