Application History Data Grid (Grants)

Use the Application History Data Grid to view a list of posted Grant Applications. This data grid is similar to that for unposted Applications.

To find a record, click the arrow in the Search By drop-down box and select the field that you want to search by. Then enter the first few characters in the Find Record field. The Data Grid will automatically scroll down as you enter each character. Scan the list of records until you find the one you need.

To open the selected record, make sure it is highlighted in the list and then either double-click on the record or click the tab that you want to view.

Note: You can configure the Data Grid to display any fields that are associated with Application History. Refer to Configuring View Settings in the Introduction for more information on customizing your views.

Tip: Grant History Data Grids

FIMS provides three Grant and Application history data grids to view and correct historic records:

  • Profiles: The Grants radio button in Grantee History opens a Data Grid of posted Grants to the selected Profile/Grantee.

  • Grant Management: The Application History Data Grid in the Grants Module lists all posted Applications, Approved, Denied, or Withdrawn. Sorting by either Sort Name, or ID Code and Grant Date allows you to easily find the "block" of Applications/Grants to a particular Grantee. You can also view this information on the History tab for Grantees.

  • Fund Management: The Grant Detail tab opens a Data Grid of historic Grants from the selected Fund.
