Application History Listing Report
This report lists summary statistics for all posted applications.
You can optionally include subtotal lines in this report based on your Sorting criteria (for example, you could sort and subtotal the report based on the Grantee’s ID Code).
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Grants > Application History Reports > Application History Listing.

Application History Listing Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Grant # | The unique number that identifies each Grant. |
Applicant | The applicant’s report name. |
Program Name | The name of the philanthropic project associated with the Grant application. NOTE: The Program Name appears just below the Grant Number and Applicant Name on the report. |
Requested | The total amount requested. |
Voted | The total amount approved by the board vote. |
Action | The Action code for the Grant (Approved, Denied, Withdrawn, or Open). |
Grant Date | The board vote or action date for the Grant decision. |
