    When running edit reports, gift acknowledgements, and grant imports on one Remote Desktop server, the following errors occur as viewed in event viewer, the front end experience for the user is that FIMS crashes in the middle of doing these processes.

    This was resolved for the customer who reported the issue by configuring the shortcut on the remote desktop server to be like a workstation rather than the typical terminal server setup. This most likely was caused by a faulty Progress installation on the remote desktop server.
