Approved Grants are not showing on application edit report

In the Grantee & Grant Management Module, when trying to run the "application edit report" not all of the grants are showing.
Answer:
If the Application Edit report is missing some of the applications you expected to process, check the following:
1. Is the On Hold box unchecked? (The box is next to Action. )
2. Is the Grant Date within the selection range?
3. Is the Action code Approved, Withdrawn, Proposal or Denied?
4. If you put in additional selections for Grant Number, Batch Number or Project Codes, are the applications within those selection ranges?
The answer must be Yes for all 4 questions before an application will be selected for the edit report.

2. Is the Grant Date within the selection range?
3. Is the Action code Approved, Withdrawn, Proposal or Denied?
4. If you put in additional selections for Grant Number, Batch Number or Project Codes, are the applications within those selection ranges?
The answer must be Yes for all 4 questions before an application will be selected for the edit report.
If the above options are satisfied, run the report with no filters and a large date range, to see if it shows. Adjust grant accordingly.
