Audit report produces blank results when filtered on username that contains more than 6 characters

When running an audit report for all users data appears normally. If you run the same audit report but filter on one username that is greater than six characters, the report will appear blank even if the unfiltered report showed results for this user.
Steps To Duplicate:
- Go to Tools > system utilities > admin utilities > auditing utilities > user activity audit report
- Keep the default date range
- Do not select a specific username. Run the report for all users.
- See Audit activity for all users
- Re-run the report for one specific username. Make sure the username is greater than 6 characters.
- The report appears blank even though the report that isn't filtered on a username shows results for that username.

This is resolved in FIMS 14.72.
In Tools > System Utilities > Admin Utilities > Auditing Utilities, running the User Activity Audit Report on specific users now shows full usernames in the report results.
