Blank error window comes up when creating new grantee record and adding DC affiliation to an existing profile in the suggestion import window in FIMS

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Create a suggestion for a new charity in DonorCentral and submit

2. Open the DC suggestion import window in FIMS

3. Select the imported suggestion and open the record and click Create application

4. In the Select or Create Grantee window, choose Browse All Profiles and click OK

5. In the window that opens, select an existing profile with no grantee record and no DC affiliation code. 

6. Click OK to create the grantee

7. Click Yes to add the DonorCentral Affiliation
