This report lists information about all of the Broker records in FIMS.

NOTE: This report is only available if you have the optional Stock Gift Management module.

NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Gifts > Securities Reports > Brokers Report.

Field	Description
ID Code	The broker’s Profile ID code.
Name	The broker’s report name.
Org	The organization that the broker works for.
Account #	The account number associated with the broker.
Assistant	The broker assistant’s ID code.
Profession	The broker’s profession.
Address	The broker’s address (from the Profile record).
Phone	The broker’s phone number.
Fees	The fees charged by the broker.
ABA #	The broker’s American Bankers Association ID number.
DTC #	The broker’s Depository Trust Corporation ID number.

1. In the Donor and Gift Management module, select Reports > Securities Reports > Brokers Report. The FIMS Report Selections window opens.

2. Make any needed selections sorting and Run Report
