Can I manually upload data to DonorCentral?

To upload data immediately to DonorCentral, do the following:

Note that if you have Real Time Sync enabled that not all data syncs over with RTS and a full upload is needed:

1. First, be sure that your FIMS user account has the DonorCentral Dowload directory set.

• Go to Tools\User Preferences\All Other Preferences\DonorCentral_Download_Directory
• For on-premises customers it will be n:\found\eadvisor, for Azure Cloud it will be S:\eAdvisor

2. Then go to Tools > System Utilities > DonorCentral > Donor Central Export
3. The ‘Export Data’ box should already be checked, also check the ‘Upload to Donor Central’ box.
4. Click Ok

5.You will see the first part of the process take place which extracts data from FIMS:

6. After that first part completes, you will see the data upload portion. This part of the process uploads the extracted FIMS data to your DonorCentral site:

• You will see a series of files appear in the window.  Do not close this window, this window will close when done.

To check that DonorCentral has been updated with the new data go to Control panel\Monitoring.
