    When attempting to import suggestions into FIMS from DonorCentral, the following error occurs:

    This error occurs due to debug logging being turned on and FIMS is not able to write to the tempfiles folder due to permissions. To resolve, turn off debug logging:

    Disable debug logging for DonorCentral by doing the following:

    • Go to Tools\System Utilities\DonorCentral\DonorCentral Options\Preferences tab\Suggestions Section\Debug_Logging
    • Change the Debug_Logging value to No and save.
