    Cannot Re-Open Closed Recurring Suggestions on DonorCentral

    Steps To Duplicate:
    1. Log into DonorCentral as a donor or as as admin
    2. If logged in as an admin view as advisor and find the donor in question
    3. Click on Recommendations\Manage Recurring
    4. Select Closed in the status drop down
    5. Find the closed recurring suggestion that you would to re-open
    6. Click the elipsis under the recurring suggestion and click Re-open
    7. See a window appear indicating that a new recurring suggestion will be created
    8. Click Yes
    9. See the window blink and nothing happens, new recurring suggestion is not created
    Answer:
    We have added messaging that will show the issues with a suggestion that will prevent it from being re-opened. When the message appears, you will be able to view the issue with the suggestion in order to fix it and then re-open.
