When going to Control Panel\Site Administration\Recurring Recommendations, if you attempt to re-open a disabled recommendation when you click the button nothing happens.

This issue has been addressed:
If the recurring suggestion was disabled because the charity is no longer on DonorCentral then the staff person will have to choose the charity when reopening.
If it is disabled because the fund is no longer on DonorCentral then the staff person will have to choose the fund when reopening.
The Reopen option is hidden if the recurring suggestion was disabled because the advisor is no longer on DonorCentral.
The ability has also been added to the ellipse button for disabled recurring recommendations.

Steps To Duplicate
- Log into DonorCentral as a staff admin
- Go to Control Panel\Site Administration\Recurring Recommendations
- Find the disabled recurring suggestion that you would to re-open
- Click the ellipsis under the disabled recurring suggestion and click view details
- Click the button that is labeled re-open
- See the window blink and nothing happens
