When Explore Opportunities tiles are created and their titles have 34+ characters, the bottom scroll arrow disappears.

Steps To Duplicate:

1) Log into DonorCentral
2) Go to Home
3) in the Explore Opportunities> add card
4) Add title of 34+ characters and arrow disappears
