Changing a Pool ID

The Change Pool ID utility allows you to globally change the ID for a Pool.

1. In FACTS, select File Maintenance > Change Pool ID. The Change Pool ID window opens.

2. In the Old Pool ID field, select the current Pool ID you want to change.

3. In the New Pool ID field, enter the new ID that you want to apply to the old pool. There is a limit of 6 characters.

4. Click OK.

TIP: Select the Multiple Transactions? check box if there are multiple Transactions to which you want this change to apply.

Note that changing the Pool ID will not affect GL.
