If a staff user changes the fund ID on a line in the payment plan tab of a grant application in the Applications tab of the Grant module, the suggestion is immediately declined in DonorCentral with no prompt to the user.
Answer:
This behavior is expected. If you edit or fill in the fund ID on the payment plan tab of the grant application of a grant that was imported from DonorCentral then that suggestion will be declined in DonorCentral. To fix this, go to DonorCentral and change the status of the suggestion.
