When changing the Scholarship Program Name option in DonorCentral options, the grant program name option will still be used regarding of the what the Scholarship Program Name option in DonorCentral options is set for.

Steps To Duplicate:

Find a scholarship in application history
Mark some changes to the program name / description
Set DC Options>System>Grant_Program Name to Program_Name
Set DC Options>System>Scholarship_Program_Name to Grant_Description
Run a DC export.
Look at the gt_payments.txt file and find the scholarship in question.
Note that the Program Name is exported, not the grant description for the scholarship.
The Grant_Program_Name option is being used for Scholarships, regardless of what the Scholarship_Program_Name option is set to.
