Checkbox disappears when donors put and amount with a comma in the grant amount field when making grant recommendations.
Steps To Duplicate:
1) Log in DonorCentral
2) Sign in as advisor
3) Create new recommendation
4) Enter amount without a comma (amount has to be at least 100,000 for the checkbox function to work)
5.) See check box with verbiage "Please check this box if you would like a final report from the grantee organization"
6) Now Enter same amount with a comma and note that Check box disappears (checkbox "Please check this box if you would like a final report from the grantee organization")

Answer:
This was resolved by fixing the back-end formula to ignore commas so as not to cause the issue.
