Choose Voucher to Recall Window Description Column not Displaying Correctly

The "Choose Voucher to Recall" window description column has been enlarged compared to previous window. Users have to scroll over to see amount, and there appears to be no way to edit the width.

Steps To Duplicate:

1) Log into FIMS> AP> Item Entry> open voucher> Recall voucher button> Window appears

2) Description column is larger now. Also, unable to edit width
