The ? marks and Error free column do not relate to a user that has a lock on process, rather the ? mark means that a report or process was run, and the Error Free column with a value of NO, means that the report was run and had an error. The report errors would be handled by user who ran them depending on what the error was.
No for example on FA but not the other faPPPP means that FACTS was posted. Error free is changed to No after posting for all modules.
For the purposes to see what user has a process locked, i.e, is currently using a process that would be the User List column.
