Grant has been completely refunded in FIMS, but is still showing in DonorCentral
Steps To Duplicate:
1) Log into DonorCentral
2) View as advisor
3) notice grant in pending suggestion
4) Log into FIMS
5) Look up grant
6) Grant has been refunded not cancelled

Answer:
Steps to resolve:
- Go to DonorCentral and view as the advisor in question that has the grant showing in DonorCentral
- When viewing the Grant, copy the suggestion ID from the URL to use later in FIMS
- Open the DonorCentral suggestion import window in FIMS
- See if the suggestion is in the window where it can be declined. You can change the view to All Suggestions to see suggestions in all statuses.
- Change the view to search by Suggestion ID
- Search for the suggestion using the number obtained in step 2
- See if the suggestion shows posted on the suggestion tab and also note if the Decline button can be clicked or if its greyed out. If it can be clicked, click Decline which will delete the suggestion from DonorCentral
If the Decline button is greyed out on the suggestion, do the steps below:
- In DonorCentral go to Control Panel >> Site Administration >> Recommendations >> Submitted
- Click the Filter, choose the fund in question.
- Look for the suggestion in question
- For the suggestion in question choose "Change Status" in the elliptical ... and choose Declined.
