Conditions Tab (Grant Applications)

The Conditions tab allows you to create and edit Condition records, which can be used to do the following:

  • List compliance guidelines or performance criteria that must be met by the Grant applicant before their Application can be approved or paid.

  • Record conditions or follow-up items that the recipient must accomplish after receiving the award (for example, submitting a status report on the project).

  • Record follow-up information to document the outcome of the award.

To find a Condition, click the arrow in the Search By drop-down box and select the field that you want to search by. Then enter the first few characters for the selected field in the Find Record field. The Data Grid will automatically scroll down as you enter each character. Scan the list of records until you find the one you need.

To open the selected record, make sure it is highlighted in the list and then either double-click on the record or click the tab that you want to view.

Note: You can configure the Data Grid to display any fields that are associated with Conditions. Refer to Configuring View Settings in the Introduction for more information on customizing your views

Note: Each Condition record may include up to four guidelines or criteria. However, only the first guideline or criteria for the condition is displayed on this tab. You have to open the Condition record to see the entire list.

Note: You cannot change any conditions directly from the data grid on this tab. If you want to create a new condition, click the New button on the toolbar. If you want to edit a condition, double-click the desired condition in the data grid. The Conditions window opens, where you can make the desired changes. Refer to Setting Grant Conditions for more information.

Processes Tab (Grants)

The Processes tab has five options that allow you to edit and post Grant Applications, approve or deny a group of Applications, export Application data, and update Proposal information (if you are using DonorCentral).

Refer to Processing Grant Applications for more information.
